Our Code of Conduct ensures that every member experiences a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment, whether participating in digital forums, attending in-person events, or engaging with fellow members. By adhering to this Code, we all contribute to maintaining the highest standards of behaviour within the Foundxrs community.

1. Inclusivity and Respect
Foundxrs Club is an inclusive community, and we ask all members to uphold this ethos. As a member, you are expected to:
- Treat fellow members with respect and kindness, regardless of their gender, ethnicity, nationality, religion, age, sexual orientation, or background.
- Engage in conversations that are constructive, welcoming, and free from harassment, discrimination, or hate speech.
- Refrain from any form of abusive, defamatory, or inappropriate language in digital communications, at events, or during interactions with members or staff.
- Uphold the confidentiality of any personal or professional information shared within the community unless express permission is given.
2. Professionalism and Collaboration
Foundxrs is a network of ambitious individuals looking to grow and collaborate. We expect all members to demonstrate professionalism in their dealings:
- Share ideas, feedback, and advice in a constructive and positive manner.
- Act with integrity and transparency in all business interactions, both with the Club and fellow members.
- Avoid soliciting or spamming other members with unsolicited business proposals, offers, or inappropriate commercial messaging.
- Foster a spirit of collaboration and support, helping to build a trusted community that uplifts its members.
3. Attendance and Participation at Events
Our curated events, both online and in-person, are designed to offer valuable opportunities for connection and growth. To maintain the quality of these experiences, we ask that members:
- Respect event guidelines and RSVP promptly if attending or cancel with sufficient notice if unable to attend.
- Engage with events in a meaningful way, respecting speakers, organisers, and fellow attendees by being present, punctual, and attentive.
- Be considerate of event hosts and facilitators and avoid any disruptive behaviour.
- Maintain the confidentiality of discussions or sensitive information shared during events.
4. Confidentiality and Trust

- Respect the confidentiality of any personal or business-related information shared by fellow members or within the Club.
- Do not record, photograph, or disclose private conversations, event content, or sensitive material without explicit consent from those involved.

The Foundxrs Club enforces a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of misconduct. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Bullying, intimidation, or harassment of any kind, whether online or in-person.
- Engaging in unethical, fraudulent, or deceptive business practices.
- Any discriminatory behaviour or language that violates the principles of inclusivity and respect.
- Misrepresentation of your identity, qualifications, or affiliations in dealings with members or the Club.
6. Reporting Misconduct
We encourage all members to uphold the integrity of the Club by reporting misconduct:
- If you experience or observe any form of inappropriate behaviour or violations of this Code, please report it to the Foundxrs team.
- All reports will be treated with confidentiality, and investigations will be conducted in a prompt and thorough manner.
- Retaliation against individuals who report misconduct will not be tolerated.
7. Disciplinary Actions
Violations of the Code of Conduct will result in disciplinary action, depending on the nature and severity of the offence. Disciplinary actions may include:
- Verbal Warning for minor infractions.
- Written Warning for more serious violations or repeat offences.
- Temporary Suspension of membership privileges for significant breaches of conduct.
- Termination of Membership for egregious violations or failure to uphold the values of the Foundxrs community.
