EXPERIENCE: Charity trek through the Kingdom of Bhutan in support of SENSE International
Location: BHUTAN
We are thrilled to announce a remarkable fund-raising trek to Bhutan, organised to support Sense International, a charity dedicated to assisting children born with deafblindness in impoverished countries. This extraordinary journey offers participants a unique opportunity to explore one of the Himalayan gems while contributing to a truly noble cause.
About the Trek:
Bhutan is renowned for its breathtaking landscapes, rich culture, and tranquil environment. The Druk Path is a diverse and beautiful route within Bhutan's original mule trail network. During this trek, you will traverse rhododendron forests, open yak pastures, and high ridges, encountering serene sacred lakes, nomadic yak herders, and even a haunted monastery. Though short, the trek is incredibly varied and promises awe-inspiring views of the snow-capped eastern Himalayas.
