Recently, we teamed up with Club corporate partners GTN (Global Telecom Networks) to host Will Beckett, the co-foundxr of one of the most successful steak-house chains in the country, Hawksmoor.

HAWKSMOOR’S CHALLENGE
Hawksmoor, an internationally recognised restaurant group known for high-end steak and hospitality, had grown from a handful of London restaurants to 14 locations across the UK, Ireland, and the US. With expansion came complexity, especially when it came to managing outdated, disconnected phone systems that hadn’t kept pace with the business.
When Hawksmoor came to us, they had a problem many growing businesses face: outdated phone systems across multiple locations meant missed calls, no visibility and inconsistent service - not exactly the five-star experience their guests expect.
THE SOLUTION
GTN deployed a hosted telephony system tailored for Hawksmoor’s needs, consolidating all sites onto one global platform. The GTN team coordinated a smooth rollout, completing all 14 locations in just over two weeks without impacting daily operations. Each restaurant received hands-on support, hardware upgrades, and system training all before the doors opened at 10am.
