March invites us to honour the women who are building, leading, and continuously pouring into others. As we celebrate women this month with HERstory, we are creating space to pause, reset, and reconnect.
As part of our HERstory campaign, we’re teaming up with TMTC (The Medical Travel Company) for a thoughtfully curated wellness morning designed exclusively for our community of female Foundxrs. This immersive experience brings together expert-led bodywork, movement, and energy healing in an intimate group setting.
The morning will begin with guided lymphatic draining techniques led by our member Nisha Masson, founder of Aumaya Holistic Wellbeing and an intuitive facialist whose work is rooted in the belief that true radiance begins within. Specialising in lymphatic drainage and holistic skin health, Nisha blends gentle manual techniques with Ayurvedic and advanced technologies to calm the nervous system, support detoxification, and restore natural flow within the skin and body. Her session is designed to open the body’s pathways ahead of movement and encourage a full system reset.
We will then move into a grounding yoga therapy session with Deepa, a yoga therapist devoted to helping individuals regulate their nervous systems and return to a steadier way of living. Through yoga, breathwork, and compassionate body-based practices, her work supports overwhelmed professionals and founders in rebuilding inner safety, emotional capacity, and sustainable wellbeing. The session will be carefully paced and suitable for all levels.
To close the experience, guests will be guided through a group Reiki and intuitive energy session with our member Lakhmi Bhambra, Reiki Master and founder of The 111 Approach. Known as ‘The 1 Minute Healer’, Lakhmi blends multiple energy modalities with science backed mindset tools to help high performing professionals release stress, reconnect with themselves, and lead from a place of grounded confidence.
We will finish with a relaxed lunch at OMNOM, creating space for connection and conversation.
