EDUCATION: Mastering the Art of Focus, Productivity, Prioritisation & Mental Performance with Author and Cognitive Performance Expert, PHIL DOBSON
Location: The City, London
Time: From 9:00am to 12:30pm
As a founder, you are constantly navigating competing priorities, making high-stakes decisions, solving complex problems, and sustaining prolonged focus. Your brain is your most valuable asset, yet it is often operating under sustained pressure.
This session is designed to change that.
Grounded in neuroscience and psychological science, this practical workshop equips you with the cognitive tools to work smarter, think more clearly, and perform at your best. Together, we will explore how to sharpen creative thinking and problem-solving, make better decisions under pressure, reduce cognitive overload, and strengthen your focus and mental stamina.
Designed specifically for the realities of founder life, the session prioritises practical application over theory. You will leave with a brain-based toolkit you can implement immediately to support clearer thinking, stronger execution, and more sustainable high performance.
The session will be led by Phil Dobson, founder of BrainWorkshops and author of The Brain Book. With a background in psychology and clinical hypnotherapy, Phil specialises in translating neuroscience into practical cognitive skills for modern work.
Since founding BrainWorkshops in 2010, he has delivered more than 400 workshops to over 10000 leaders and professionals globally, helping organisations build sharper thinking, stronger focus, and more resilient high-performance cultures.
Phil’s clients include Google DeepMind, Meta, the Financial Times, Discovery Communications Europe, Warner Music, ViacomCBS, NBCUniversal, Ogilvy, Channel 4, and the BBC.
Join us to sharpen your thinking, strengthen your focus, and build the cognitive edge modern founder life requires.
