June, the month that marks Father’s Day, offers a moment to recognise and celebrate the men in our community who are building, leading, and shaping the world around them.

As part of our HISSTORY campaign, we bring together our male foundxrs for an evening defined by exceptional food, considered indulgence, and great company. In partnership with Corrigan’s Mayfair and Pernod Ricard’s Irish whisky portfolio and in support of our charity partner Soch Care, this is a dining experience designed for those who appreciate craft, heritage, and the ritual of a well poured dram.

Guests will be welcomed with canapés and a pint of Guinness or Irish lager on arrival, before sitting down to a four-course menu of authentic Irish cuisine. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a selection of standout Irish whiskies, including expressions from Jameson, Midleton, Redbreast, and Green Spot, offering a guided journey through some of Ireland’s most respected distilleries.
