A visionary leader and go-giver, having founded leading IT support and technology consultancy, Netstar, in 2002. Mit grew the company 25% year on year, leaving the company with an annual turnover of £7m upon his exit in 2020. As well as a reputation for delivering a best-in-class customer experience to over 150 London businesses.

Since exiting Netstar, Mit has continued his entrepreneurship in the technology sector, now sitting on the board of several tech companies and scaling start-ups.

His philosophy is simple, if you look after your people first, they will look after your customers, which will, in turn, generate results.
